These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and SoCo Customs Corp ("SoCo Customs," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our website at sococustoms.com (the "Site") and the services we provide, including automotive repair, customization, lift kit and leveling kit installation, wheel and tire sales and installation, alignments, and custom builds (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Site, submitting a form, calling, texting, or engaging us to perform Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services or submit a request through our Site. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Estimates, Appointments, and Authorization to Perform Work
Estimates
Estimates are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide and a preliminary inspection. The final price may differ if (a) additional parts, labor, or repairs are needed, (b) the condition of the vehicle differs from what was represented, or (c) the scope of work changes at your request. We will obtain your authorization before performing work materially outside the estimate.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, contact form, or Facebook Messenger. We may need to reschedule due to parts availability, weather, or shop capacity, and will give you reasonable notice when we do.
Authorization
By dropping off your vehicle and signing our work authorization, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon Services and to operate the vehicle on shop premises and public roads as reasonably necessary to perform and verify the Services.
4. Deposits, Payments, and Refunds
Deposits
Custom builds and special-order parts require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is set at the time of order based on the scope of work and the cost of the parts being ordered. We may require additional progress payments for larger builds.
- Non-refundable in full for parts that are special-ordered, custom-built, drop-shipped, or otherwise non-returnable.
- Partial refund may be available, at our sole discretion, for cancellations made before parts are ordered or before substantial work has begun.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Payment in full
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services and before vehicle release. We accept the payment methods posted at the shop. Returned payments and chargebacks may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
Late payment
Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Colorado law. You are responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees, incurred to collect amounts you owe us.
5. Customer-Supplied Parts
If you supply your own parts, you accept full responsibility for the suitability, quality, fit, and condition of those parts. We will install them in good faith but do not warrant customer-supplied parts and are not responsible for delays, additional labor, or damage caused by parts that are defective, incorrect, or incompatible. Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied parts require rework.
6. Vehicle Condition and Personal Property
You agree to remove valuables and personal property from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including paint chips, dents, scratches, mechanical issues, or aftermarket items, that are not part of the agreed scope of work.
7. Photo and Media Release
You grant SoCo Customs Corp a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to photograph, video record, store, edit, reproduce, publish, and use images and recordings of your vehicle (including before, during, and after Services) for any lawful purpose, including marketing, social media, advertising, our website, blog, portfolio, print materials, and editorial use.
This license covers your vehicle, including its license plate (which we may blur at our discretion), and any modifications, accessories, and visible interior details. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these images or recordings and any claim for compensation related to that use. We will not publish your name, contact information, or other personally identifying information without your consent.
If you do not want your vehicle photographed or used in our marketing, you must tell us in writing before Services begin.
8. Communications: Texts, Calls, and Emails
By providing your phone number and consenting to our SMS program, you authorize SoCo Customs Corp to send you marketing, promotional, and transactional text messages, and to call you at the number provided, including by automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
We record incoming and outgoing phone calls. By calling us, you consent to your call being recorded. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may send you transactional and marketing emails. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
9. Use of Our Website
Permitted use
The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about us and request Services.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or our customers' data.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content for republication.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others.
Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it (including text, photos, videos, logos, build images, and graphics) are owned by SoCo Customs Corp or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or republish any Site content without our prior written permission.
User-submitted content
If you submit photos, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to us (including through forms, social media tags of our account, or in person), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, including Facebook Messenger and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, regarding the Site.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCO CUSTOMS CORP, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoCo Customs Corp and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you submit to us.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be modified, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
17. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed work authorization or invoice, are the entire agreement between you and SoCo Customs Corp concerning the Site and the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications on those subjects.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
